Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 24 hours. Standard items are dispatched within an estimated 3–5 business days after confirmation, while embroidered suits require a little extra care — please allow an estimated 5–9 business days after confirmation for processing to ensure every detail is finished to perfection.
If you need an order in a hurry, contact us before ordering, and we'll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Our order processing hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be picked up on the next business day.

International orders may go through customs clearance upon arrival, which is entirely outside our control. Please note:

📦 Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate street address, including your house or building number and full street name, to avoid any delays.
⚠ Delivery timelines are estimated. Orders are normally delivered within the given timeframe. Please note that delays caused by transit or customs do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund once an order has been dispatched.
